We’ve approached the menu with the same set of values used in full service restaurants: Quality Ingredients, Dynamic Flavors, and Freshness. We’ve cooked, tasted, tested, cooked and tasted some more. Our approach has been both interpretive and respectful to the style of Mediterranean food, and we hope that our efforts will be apparent in our offerings: lush, fresh, simple foods that abound in the region. |
